Today I painted a 'hybrid homage' (hybrid, because I mixed a little Morocco and Palm Beach) to my husband and all the other front-line workers who, having served in the trenches in OUR country are now resuming travel (my husband just flew all day and all night to get to Morocco) to far flung places in the world to bring medical care to people in need. I painted in brilliant colors today because this painting is a celebration of the human spirit....these people travel great distances, hit the ground running the very next day, and act like they are getting to go to camp together!!! This painting is my joyous genuflect to this team of people.
