We were supposed to accompany our daughter and son-in-law to Paris in the Springtime two years ago, but Covid thwarted us. So we have the tickets, but a new date is still iffy. What is NOT iffy, is that some of the fun things will still be waiting when we get there. On my list is: this fabulous flower covered corner cafe for a hit of pink and white striped awnings, the Deyrolle taxidermy shop (apparently it is like a beautiful museum of curiosities), of course Shakespeare & Co. (I think it is a required pilgrimage for bibliophiles), AND I want to put the "Paris Water" app on my phone that tells me where the nearest free, fresh water stations are, that Paris has installed...with the reasoning that clean, fresh water is a right for EVERYONE!
